Prior to commencing his career in real estate, Raj was a Manager for Industrial Products in Fiji, and an Export Manager for Cummins NZ in Power Generation. He has strong business management skills and fully understands the importance of providing outstanding client service. Raj has recently received his full Real Estate Agent's Licence.

Raj speaks three languages, and his diverse life experience enables effective cross-cultural communication. He is highly regarded amongst his clients and colleagues as he is extremely efficient, with the ability to think outside the box to help overcome difficult situations. Raj's relentless work ethic, coupled with his ability to make everyone feel at ease and comfortable, speaks to his success in the industry.

When not working, Raj enjoys flying light aircraft, cooking, fishing, researching scriptures, writing, and public speaking. He is also a member of the local Rotary Club, loves to play community soccer, and is an active member of three Chambers of Commerce and two networking groups.
